Located right in the centre of Ambleside, this newly refurbished Lake Road property couldn't be any more central if it tried. With an abundance of space over three floors, this property is an ideal place to explore the whole of the Lake District and is ideally suited to families and couples alike. Fully refurbished in 2021 - we now look forward to welcoming guests to holiday here with us. The space On the ground floor from the rear (first floor from the front) the property features a spacious open plan kitchen dining space with a contemporary kitchen featuring Bosch appliances and large farmhouse table. Leading off the hall is a cosy lounge with sumptuous velvet, natural hues and a quirky log burner, perfect for relaxed evenings or cosy days in front of the fire. From the main hallway, the next floor has two Superking sized bedrooms (one en-suite) of which one bedroom can be split into two singles if required. The large family bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath, large shower cubicle and feature sink stand . An additional WC is also available on the top and ground floors so bath time isn't un interrupted. To the first floor is the loft room with two single beds, additional WC and home working space (please note as this room is in the eaves the headroom is a little reduced) Guest access Access is via keybox whereby arrival information and the code for your stay will be sent two days prior to you arrival. There is space to unload at the end of the road (next to the picnic box takeaway) and a provision for parking is available just a 5 minute walk from the property and guaranteed throughout your stay.View More
